Cooling-Off Period and Refund Policy for Course Enrolment

Subject to these terms and conditions, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period for course enrolments. This entitles you to cancel your registration within 14 days of signing up, without the need to provide any reason, and receive a full refund, provided that no part of the course has been accessed or commenced.

The 14-day period begins on the date your course registration is confirmed. If the 14-day period has elapsed, you will no longer be entitled to a full refund under the cooling-off provisions.

To be eligible for a full refund during the cooling-off period:

• You must not have accessed, attended, or otherwise utilised any part of the course services, including digital materials, in-person sessions, or online content.
• Proof of purchase or course registration must be provided.

If you access or commence any part of the course within the cooling-off period, you agree to waive your right to a full refund. In such cases, a reasonable deduction may be made to reflect the value of the services already provided up to the point of cancellation.

After the 14-day cooling-off period:

• Refunds will not be issued for any hours already used or sessions attended.
• Any unused, pre-paid course hours may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to an administrative fee where applicable.
• Requests for refunds on unused course hours must be submitted in writing to our contact email address as listed on this website.

All refund requests will be reviewed and confirmed in writing. Where approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days to the original method of payment. We accept no responsibility for any third-party fees or bank charges incurred during the refund process.
